Why are you answering posts you made years ago ? Nobody was
interested then. Nobody is interested now.

Oh, I see.

Potential phishing victims, visit his site, it's pretty much
up to date, and it's safe (check on Sucuri, Netstat and WOT) :

Why are you answering posts you made years ago ?
I was simply looking for the server!

I've now found it. It's NOT part of Usenet AFAICT.

Can you imagine how much harm 'bad guys' could wreak by posting
malicious links in posts made on a PRIVATE server, protected from all
the bad things which are known to occur on the 'open' Internet?

Nobody would think twice about clicking on each and every link; they'd
never expect any harm to come to them in such an environment.

How would YOU approach such links, Shadow?

I noted that you had added alt.2600 - I'll leave it included.

What on Earth for ?
I've now found it. It's NOT part of Usenet AFAICT.
You posted a Usenet feed list from almost 19 years ago. A 500
line list. Most of the sites on it are probably flotsam or dead. They
might even have been hacked and contain malicious content.
Not something a "good guy" would post.
Most Usenet feeds and servers are PRIVATE firms, or did you
think Usenet was just "put there by god".

Oh, but they do. You'd be amazed at the number of links you've
posted to copyrighted or malicious software. Which is why I always
alert noobs that might fall for you tiresome little tricks.
How would YOU approach such links, Shadow?
I'd never click on a link you post.
I noted that you had added alt.2600 - I'll leave it included.
It's on topic here. Unlike the post you made to ACF, which was
about Vimeo downloads.

I posted the list because you refuse to 'open' links in my posts.

I've never been absolutely sure about this.

BTW this is being cross-posted which I think is leading to some
